This tour is NOT done inside Manuel Antonio National Park.

Please note this tour is done in Tárcoles, about 1 hour away from Quepos.

Overview

It is our mission to lead sustainable tourism development in the village of Tárcoles, a rural town 1.5 hours north of Quepos and 1 hour west of the nation’s capital, San Jose. We serve individuals, businesses, and schools on an international level by offering the best crocodile and adventure tours in the region. Our tours take place on the Rio Grande of Tárcoles, the home to approximately 2,000 crocodiles, the biggest of which measure 15 feet long and weigh up to 1500 pounds!

During the tour, we will visit the Guacalillo Mangrove, one of the country’s most fragile ecosystems and a unique area for bird watching.

All of our large, modern boats have a roof, comfortable seats and guidelines to ensure the complete safety of all guests. We also have all the legal documents up-to-date as well as the declaratoria turística (I.C.T.) – a certificate from the Costa Rican Tourist Board.

Transportation from Quepos / Manuel Antonio IS NOT included, so this tour is ideal to book for the day you travel to or back from Quepos to San Jose.

We saw a lot of crocodiles, the guides were friendly and we learned a lot about the area and all the animals. I suggest doing this tour if you’re in the area.
