This excursion will take you through the Damas canals, where there is no shortage of wildlife and amazing plant life with its unique ability to survive in saltwater. Birds: Tiger Herons, Green Herons, King Fishers, and Mangrove Hawks.
Mammals: White Faced Monkeys, Anteaters, Raccoons, and Squirrels.
Reptiles: Boa Constrictors, Iguanas, Lizards.
Crustaceans: Tiger Crabs, Land Crabs, and Snails.
Remember to bring your own mask.
William was a great guide, he has a lot of knowledge and experience in the mangrove forest. Kayaking was relaxing and peaceful and we learned a lot about plants, animals and ecosystem. His wife served us local lunch (delicious!) at the end of the tour.
